Brittany Ferries have many routes to France with choices of day and night crossings and a super fast option. By ferry, the villa is approx a 3 hour drive from St. Malo. 

Gatwick have flights to La Rochelle and Nantes airports at certain times of the year and with varying airlines. The villa is a 33 mile drive from La Rochelle airport and 71 mile drive from Nantes airport. Both journeys from either airport take approximately an hour, the route from Nantes is all motorway. Car hire can be booked online in advance, the cars are easily collected at the airports.
Stansted have flights at certains times of the year and with certain airlines.
Southampton airport is only an hour away from London, so a valid alternative to Stansted and Gatwick.

In March 2020 Flybe went into administration, it is awaited to see if another airline will fly to France from Southampton. 
Ryanair have flights to La Rochelle and Nantes at certain times of the year.
